The illustrated prologue by Javier Mariscal adds another way of looking at Barcelona, equally passionate but definitively different, maybe more evocative, drawing a fine line of convergence. Mariscal is shown here as a having a passion for the history of cities, even if he strives to hide this under his ironic humour and exuberant fantasies.
